I have been training clients for over 25 years in gyms, outdoors, in home, and online. Ages 4 to 85, professional athletes in their off-season sports training, entire Jr. hockey teams, CEOs, golfers, families, weekend warriors and everyday exercisers who just want to maintain a healthy weight, stay in shape, perform better and achieve goals. I help my clients shed pounds without being on a diet and guide people to make changes that feel good and are sustainable. I’ve helped postpartum moms safely and steadily shed their pregnancy weight with ease and fun. I’ve helped athletes young and grown focus their minds and bodies to achieve peak performance, and I’ve helped teenagers enjoy being active and not only not dread the notorious mile in P.E, but run it well!
My training modalities include but are not limited to: boxing, golf fitness, weight training, HIIT, jump rope, calisthenics, dance, yoga, TRX, family fitness and more.
