Golf fitness is the body's level of ability in the areas of mobility, stability, power, strength, endurance and motor control all relating to the golf swing.  All of these components are necessary to take strokes off your game, improve your handicap, and re-invigorate the love of golf, regardless of age or level. 

The most efficient swing is not the same for every golfer though,  because efficiency is unique to every body.  Many golfers are actually doing quite well according to their handicap, but a golf fitness screen with reveal that their body has simply been very cleverly compensating for areas they lack in stability or mobility. This inefficiency is putting them at risk of injury and preventing them from playing to their true potential.

As a certified TPI Level 3 Golf Fitness Professional, in one 20 minute screening of your body's current abilities and limitations, Meagan identifies the areas that are holding you back from playing your best.  She then creates an exercise program tailored to your body's needs and progresses you through it in your training sessions.  She is not teaching you how to play or changing your swing, that is your golf pro's job.  Meagan helps you improve your golf fitness, your body's ability to swing efficiently, creating better timing and more power, all leading to greater distance and more fun. 

The initial screen assesses the player's mobility, stability and motor control. 
Additional screens assess visualization and imagery, strength and power.
