Golf fitness is the body's level of ability in the areas of mobility, stability, power, strength, motor control, visualization and imagery, all relating to the golf swing. All of these components are necessary to take strokes off your game, improve your handicap and re-invigorate the love of golf, regardless of age or level.

helps teach the body to create more power and speed on the downswing.

Meagan holds the highest TPI Golf Fitness and Golf certifications available, Level 3.
